Use of this website

This website is provided by Industrial Equipment & Service for information about our repair services. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Quotations and evaluations

Blower tear-down and evaluations are performed by factory-trained technicians with no charge to the customer. Quotations are prepared following inspection and are based on the condition of the equipment as received. Any quotation issued is an estimate for the scope of work described in that quotation, and additional damage discovered during rebuild may alter it. We will contact you before proceeding beyond an approved scope.

Warranty

Rebuilt gear reducers, pumps and blowers completed at our facility carry a 24-month fully operational warranty. The warranty covers the workmanship and the components supplied by IES for that rebuild. It does not cover damage caused by misapplication, operation outside the equipment's rated limits, contaminated process conditions, inadequate lubrication, or repairs carried out by others after the unit leaves our facility.

Turnaround

Turnaround times, including 48-hour emergency rush service, depend on the level of repair determined at teardown and on parts availability at the time. Any timescale quoted is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee.

Equipment left with us

Equipment shipped to our facility remains the property of the customer. Where a quotation is declined, the customer is responsible for arranging collection of the equipment.

The content, photography and design of this website belong to Industrial Equipment & Service or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names including Marley, SPX, Amarillo Gear, Falk, Gardner Denver, CycloBlower, Roots and Sutorbilt are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the equipment we service. IES is an independent repair facility and is not affiliated with those manufacturers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IES is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit, arising from the use of this website or from repair work, beyond the remedies set out in the warranty above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
