Step 01
Select your Marley or Amarillo gear reducer model from the repair catalogue and check out online.
Step 02
IES contacts you to coordinate collection of your unit from your site.
Step 03
Your shipment is tracked from collection through to arrival at our facility.
Step 04
You are notified the moment your unit arrives at the Pasadena, TX repair facility.
Step 05
Factory-trained technicians begin a documented disassembly of your gear reducer.
Step 06
Every stage of the teardown is photographed and recorded for your files.
Step 07
All casings and housings are mag-particle tested for cracks and imperfections.
Step 08
All internal components are NDT tested for wear, cracks and performance-reducing issues.
Step 09
A detailed breakdown report and quote is prepared with photographs and test results attached.
Step 10
On approval, the unit is reassembled using genuine OEM components held in stock.
Step 11
The rebuilt unit is run under pre-test while bearing temperatures and vibration are monitored.
Step 12
The unit is finished in epoxy paint and fitted with decals and serial number tags.
Step 13
Your gear reducer is palletised, protected and shipped back, covered by a 24-month warranty.
