We use only genuine OEM parts, ensuring the longevity and performance of your pump. Once your pump arrives at the IES repair facility in Houston, TX, factory-trained technicians begin disassembling your unit. All casings and housings are tested for cracks or imperfections by mag-particle testing, and all inner components are NDT tested to check for wear, cracks, or any performance-reducing issues.
Once your unit has been properly inspected, our trained staff prepare your quote, with proper photographs, a detailed breakdown report, NDT testing and mag-particle test reports attached. Once the repairs are complete, each pump is tested prior to shipping to ensure optimal performance and quality.
