The facility

IES specialises in repairs on right-angle cooling tower fan drives, with Marley SPX and Amarillo Gear components always on hand and in stock. That stock is why 48-hour emergency rush repairs are simple, hassle-free and fast.
Beyond gear reducers, the shop rebuilds vertical turbine, rotary lobe, split case, boiler feed and slurry pumps, and blowers from Gardner Denver, CycloBlower, Roots and Sutorbilt.
Every unit is stripped by factory-trained technicians. Casings are mag-particle tested for cracks and imperfections; internals are NDT tested for wear. Rotors are dynamically balanced on a computerised balancing machine. Units are run under pre-test with vibration monitoring before they ship.
You receive photographs, a detailed breakdown report and the test results — and a 24-month fully operational warranty.
