Tear Down & Blower Evaluation

Our blower evaluation process begins with a meticulous inspection by a factory-trained technician utilising cutting-edge technology and various proprietary tools. Blower tear-down and evaluations are performed with no charge to the customer.

Detailed Repair Quote

We provide a formal detailed quote including a cause of failure and proof of damage sustained, with descriptions and photos of damaged parts. We are also able to estimate the unit's performance if rebuilt, and provide recommendations on system changes that can prevent future failures.

Blower Cleaning

Upon repair quote approval, the entire unit is thoroughly cleaned of all foreign contaminants in our separate cleaning facility by way of sandblasting and polishing, and we apply rust prevention coatings in critical areas after the cleaning process is complete.

Dynamically Balanced Rotors

All rotors are dynamically balanced on our computerised dynamic balancing machine to ensure proper performance. Most rebuild centres don't have the sophisticated equipment needed to check rotor balance, which is necessary to ensure prolonged blower life and bearing life.

Rebuild & Assembly

All blowers are rebuilt by one of our many factory-trained technicians using proprietary tools and methods only available through Industrial Equipment & Service.

Testing

All units undergo rigorous testing in our state-of-the-art testing station. Blowers are tested for at least 4 hours under simulated load at their maximum operating limitations to ensure proper operation and performance. Testing includes evaluation and recording of:

• Discharge air temperatures
• Discharge pressures produced at multiple time intervals
• The unit's overall operating temperature
• Bearing vibration analysis
• Motor & amp draw
• Visual inspection of all seals and critical components

Final Preparation for Shipment

All units are prepped with the necessary decals, serial number tags and paint. Units are then adequately palletised and protected for safe shipment.
